Microfinance presentation with Loyola students Diego Rios and Robert Swanton

Loyola students Diego Rios and Robert Swanton will be giving a presentation about microfinance. This presentation will take place at Miller 112 during the window and will answer the following questions: What exactly is microfinance?What are the major microfinance organizations globally? Where is microfinance practiced?

The presentation will also give an introduction to Loyola Microfinance, a newly founded Loyola student organization designed to deliver lending and business development services to low-income entrepreneurs in New Orleans. Diego and Robert will explain the main characteristics of Loyola Microfinance, including: Organizational Mission and Design Products and Services Student Roles
How Loyola students can be involved Loyola Microfinance will be open to students of all majors. All are welcome at the presentation.
